These terms apply to your use of qurantravels.com and to bookings made with Quran Travels. By using the website or booking with us, you agree to them.

1. Our role

Quran Travels is an independent travel agency. We arrange travel services, such as flights, hotels, transport and guided visits, provided by third party suppliers. Each supplier's own terms also apply to your booking.

2. Information on the website

We work hard to keep package information accurate, but prices, availability, hotel details and schedules can change. Website prices are guide prices per person and are confirmed only when we send you a written offer. Images are for illustration.

3. Quotes and bookings

A booking is confirmed when you accept our written offer and we receive your deposit. We will send written confirmation. You must check that names match passports exactly and tell us about any errors straight away.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars per person unless stated otherwise.
• The deposit amount and the balance due date are stated in your offer.
• If the balance is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you.
• Prices can change before full payment due to airline fares, taxes, fees or exchange rates. We will tell you before you pay.

5. Visas and travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and meeting the entry and health requirements of every country you visit. Umrah visas are issued solely by the Saudi authorities at their discretion. We prepare and submit applications but cannot guarantee approval or processing times.

6. Changes and cancellations

Please see our Booking and Cancellation Policy. Cancellation charges depend on supplier terms and are given to you in writing before you book.

7. Changes by suppliers

Airlines and hotels sometimes change schedules or substitute services. Where a hotel is unavailable we will offer one of a similar standard and location, or refund any price difference.

8. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and baggage.

9. Conduct

Travelers must follow the laws and customs of the countries they visit and the reasonable instructions of guides and staff.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by suppliers, by events beyond our reasonable control, or by your failure to meet travel document requirements. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
